Hello,
I am brand new to Tricia Sawyer Beauty and very excited!  I caught Tricia on Beauty Beat and I just ordered Eye Slept.  I would love any recommendations of what to get next.  I have light auburn hair, am fair- always burn, and dark brown eyes.  I do have some acne scarring and redness around the nose.  Thanks to everyone!

Hi Lisa!

Welcome to the TSB family—and I know that you will love the Eye Slept!  I carry it with me at all times!  As far as other recommendations.....you may want to try Tricia’s foundation since you mentioned having some acne scarring and redness.  It is really fantastic and can help to hide all those skin imperfections that we all have.  It really works well for me personally and professionally.  I would also recommend checking out either of the Essential Palettes or if you love color, jump into a Icon Palette.  All of the TSB product is beautiful on and is very high quality.

Let’s us know what you end up getting!!!

Lisa,

I second Melissa’s recommendation with the foundation.  However, if you are going to get her foundation then really consider purchasing the primer and powder as they work beautifully together.  Personally I would start here before getting any of the palettes because having perfect looking skin is a must!  This is what makes the color from the palettes pop on your flawless face.  You won’t be sorry you started with the foundation!  If you are looking for an Icon palette the Lindsay Palette would look so pretty on you - especially this time of year!

Welcome to our family!

Now I am not an expert on colors for skin tones and hair and eye color. But my favorite palette is the scarlett. Why? Because I think it is the most versatile. It has both warm and cool colors in it. So with one palette I can change my look depending on what I am wearing. So if I am going on vacation I would take Scarlett and the Essentials palette. With these two I am pretty set for any occasion. I know Melissa and Monty’s favorite palettes are Essentials Pretty and Regina. I don’t think you could go wrong with any palette. I would wait on sharon as I think it is intended for a more evening or smokey look.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.  I would love to try the foundation next but I was worried that even the light shade would be too dark.  I am so excited to try everything!

I do not think I have heard of anyone stating that the light palette isn’t light enough for them.  I would be surprised if that was true for you.  I know there are others who are more fair than I am but I would imagine there are very few.  I can wear the darker shade and it matches well.  I couldn’t imagine anyone being lighter than the lightest shade of the light compact.

This link is the most recent pic I have posted and this was in the dead of winter so you can compare.  You can always post a pic of yourself and we can give you feedback.
