If it’s a powder it should be able to be used on the eyelids....Like Monty says, it makes for a great coordinated makeup look to either use the blush in the crease area or combine it on the eyelids with other colors. As long as you don’t have a sensitivity to mica/shimmer (some blushes will have this) you should be able to use it on the lids.
HOWEVER....and as they say in one of my favorite films “Death Becomes Her”...And now a warning.....some companies (i.e. MAC...at least the last time I checked) will actually put in fine print that the blushes...be they powder or what not or even some cream colors...CANNOT be used on the eyes. (Makeup Forever has beautiful cream colors in a pot but some numbers as per the fine print CANNOT be used on the eyes or lips or cheeks).
So check your product’s ingredients list, packaging insert and box (and potentially consult their website) just to be sure that it doesn’t have that kind of warning.
