I saw the “Instyle” article that you suggested lavenders for Katie Holmes. I have dark hair, fair skin, hazel eyes with green too. What pallete did you use on Katie and what would you suggest for me? Thank you.

Thank you for your question.  I like to use the “Scarlett” , “Lindsay” or “Kate” Icon palettes on someone with your coloring.
I find the cooler colors to be more complimentary with your eyes.

If I had to choose just one, I think my favorite would be “Scarlett”

What color are Hazel eyes?
This sounds like a dumb question but I guess I always said my eyes were Hazel growing up becasue that’s what color my Mom told me they were… they are light brownish with green at the bottom & darker toward the top. I’ve heard a few people say that I have Hazel, light brown or some say I have dark brown eyes (usually people with light eyes, like my husbands family. So I’m sure to them they look really dark. In my family I have lighter eyes in comparison.) So the thing that threw me through a loop was the other day someone said they had Hazel eyes… this person had a green/blue color? What color range are considered Hazel? This isn’t the first time I have heard this from a few people. This is so cofusing to me
